Sheila Scanlon Wilkins, M.A., M.F.A., principal of The Wilkins Group, has over 15 years’ experience helping organizations improve workplace productivity. A human resources development expert, she specializes in working with companies to help employees develop the individual and group skills and information they need to quickly and efficiently achieve business goals.

Ms. Wilkins has extensive experience with multinational companies, helping culturally diverse teams understand the basic business practices, and recognize and develop strengths that will allow them to succeed in a fast changing environment.

She is an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, and is involved in professional organizations including the International Society for Performance Improvement, the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations, and the Institute of Management Consultants. In addition to a graduate degree in education, Ms. Wilkins holds certificates in Human Resources Management and Training and Human Resources Development.

Her clients include high tech organizations, financial institutions, public utilities, health care, fine arts, and education.
