Margo Murray, MBA, has earned ISPI's three highest honors - Outstanding Member, Member for Life, and President, and serves as mentor to many of it's leaders. The preeminent researcher, designer, and evaluator of facilitated mentoring, she has collaborated with clients on mentoirng processes in over 100 organizations in 5 countries. Her best seller book, Beyond the Myths and Magic of Mentoring: How to Facilitate an Effective Mentoring Program, is considered the seminal work on facilitated mentoring.
In 1999 she was awarded the Honorary Member by the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations, only the third person to be so honored in the 28 year history of the IFTDO.
Margo has been an invited speaker at many International, Regional, and National events, including the United Nations Secretariat. She was recently was invited to meet and discuss her work on Welfare Reform and youth mentoring with First Lady Hilary Rodham Clinton.
