Executive Director

Courtney joined ISPI in 2014 and now proudly serves as the Executive Director, bringing with her over a decade of experience in non-profit and higher education sectors.

Position Function: Courtney provides leadership and oversight of ISPI operations working directly with our Association Management Team, ISPI partners, faculty, and vendors.  Courtney also works closely with the Board of Directors to execute the strategic goals to drive the organization forward.

Joseph Sapp, CAE | Director of Strategic Development

Joe has spent his career helping associations grow and thrive through association management and building successful partnerships with volunteer leaders. During his time with TMG, Joe has worked with a variety of professional societies in the healthcare/medical, technology, construction/engineering, and professional services industries.

In addition to serving as an Executive Director for several TMG client associations, Joe has held several other positions with TMG. Those include Associate Director of Association Management Services, IT Director, Director of Business Development and currently as TMG's Director of Strategic Development. Now, Joe serves as the Executive Director of the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles, a fast-growing scientific research society. Joe's leadership has resulted in a 35% growth in the organization's revenues in the last two years.

Joe earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2014 from the American Society of Association Executives. Also, in 2014, Joe was named to the Association Forum of Chicagoland’s prestigious Forty under 40 lists.  Joe is currently the President of the Mid-Atlantic Society of Association Executives.  A former student-athlete at Northern Illinois University, where Joe earned Three Varsity Letters on the Huskie Wrestling Team.  Joe is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration.

Lauren Schoener-Gaynor | Marketing and Communications Manager

Lauren is the Marketing and Communications Manager for Talley Management Group, Inc., and several of its client partners. With 12 years of experience in marketing and communications and six years in the AMC industry, Lauren grows her clients in specific areas such as public relations, digital marketing, content development, social media, branding and membership marketing. Her intricate and creative campaigns have earned numerous national, trade and local awards including a PRSA Silver Anvil.

Sam Castellano | Administrative Assistant

Samantha Castellano joined Talley Management Group in March 2018 as the Administrative Assistant to an international scientific organization. She attended Richard Stockton College where she studied Hospitality & Tourism Management.  Samantha worked in supply chain management at a customs brokerage before getting her toes wet in the association management industry. In her time at TMG she has developed experience in Sponsorship & Exhibit Management, and Website and Membership Management. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and fiancé.

Caroline Woodside | Administrative Assistant

Caroline Woodside is an Administrative Assistant at Talley Management Group, Inc., and began her work with TMG in January 2019 as a marcomm intern. Currently, she is studying as an undergrad at Rowan University working towards a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Strategic Communication. She will graduate in the Spring of 2020 and looks forward to continuing to grow her professionalism and skills in the field of communication.
