This workshop was fun, interactive, and engaging. Bonnie did an excellent job of pulling participants into the content, getting them involved, and ensuring that they built the critical thinking skills necessary to assess correlation vs causation and then make compelling causal arguments.

The evaluation data collected from participants was off the charts positive and people were thrilled to be able to understand and get better with this type of material without having to have a master’s degree in statistics.

I highly recommend, Bonnie as a presenter and as a workshop leader (this particular event was a workshop). She has also presented local chapter meetings with ISPI-MI as well as presenting educational sessions at THE Performance Improvement Conference several times. Whenever I see Bonnie’s name in a program or in chapter marketing materials, I always make sure to clear my calendar.

From Theresa Morris

Bonnie presented an engaging learning experience to our ISPI-MI Chapter audience.
She presented solid research and practical examples to clearly explain why so many PT practitioners typically stop their measurement and evaluation efforts short of Level 4, business impact. Bonnie’s workshop took the participants inside why business impact is so important in a very conversational and engaging manner that didn’t overwhelm the participants (who are non-statistical practitioners) with too much math!

Dr Brock presented a practical approach to conduct developmental research in corporate settings during THE Performance Improvement Conference. You are guaranteed to understand the scope of the topic and how it's important to you in your situation when you attend one of his presentations. I have heard Dr. Hale’s presentations on many themes and topics. In every instance, she is a hit. Audience lover her down-to-earth approach that gives them new facts and knowledge, validates their own real-life experiences, encourages them to see new perspectives, and provides opportunities for them to learn from others in the community present at that presentation. She bring unique insights that change perspectives and move us toward skills that we did not know we needed or wanted.

From Tim Brock, Consultant

I have attended multiple presentations by Judy, both in person and virtually. I have always found her presentations engaging, enlightening, and thought-provoking. Judy has a gift for making the complex understandable and for connecting multiple (and sometimes invisible) dots to unveil new insights and thinking patterns. Judy is an in-demand speaker for a reason. I had the opportunity to attend Dick Handshaw’s workshop. I truly enjoyed the process of learning the two types of performance consulting approaches, such as Proactive and Reactive. For the past few months, these two approaches have been essential in my role as military leader, because I learned how to establish a consulting relationship with other section leaders, while effectively achieving our mission with measurable results.

From Gary DePaul, President

I attended the evening event and watched Dick interact with the audience. Even with a back injury, he lead an engaging session. Dick walked us through his methodology that blends performance consulting with instructional systems design. Talking to some of the attendees of his workshop, Dick did a great job not only with engagement but with practice. The attendees found this to add value and applicable to their corporate roles in Learning & Development.

Thank you for doing such a great job training our staff on performance improvement today. I really appreciate how you truly listened to what we needed to cover and did an excellent job delivering the material.

We had a speaker reserved for our November meeting who had to cancel at the last minute. Tim Smith had presented to our SHRM Chapter in a previous meeting which was very well received. When I reached out to Tim and explained the last minute situation he responded very professionally and jumped in to help us out. We had wonderful feedback from our chapter members regarding his talk on Great Leadership. The presentation was timely and gave our members knowledge and skills to become great leaders and to improve their leadership abilities in the future. We hope to engage Tim in the future for a return presentation to the Human Resource of the Twin Tiers SHRM Chapter.
