For those who've had to transition to working from home, where have you encountered the greatest obstacles to successfully making that shift? Have they been from the job itself? From your organization? Has it been the extra-organizational environment - the world at large?

For those who already worked from home, have you encountered new environmental obstacles in any of those arenas? Have existing ones become better or worse during the last year?

I'll be presenting on Gilbert's BEM and Marker's Synchronized Analysis Model on Friday, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on environmental difficulties, especially those created or worsened by the pandemic.
