In existence since 1963, our Vision as a member-focused non-profit organization is to be recognized by local performance and instruction professionals as the preferred source of information, professional development, and recognition for human performance improvement solutions.

Our Mission is to provide performance improvement professionals with the quality services and events that will result in increased skills, knowledge, and confidence.
