We are seeking session discussions on how HPT drives improvement in education, technology and human performance at a rapid and dynamic pace. Our current world is in a state of constant change; businesses that previously built and stabilized the market’s infrastructure, now must keep up with current market trends to stay competitive. The conference will focus on three specific tracks:

Track 1 Augmented/AI in the Age of Disruption While Artificial Intelligence is the creation of machines to work and react like humans, Augmented Intelligence is using those same machines with a different approach – to enhance the human worker. At the ISPI 2021 virtual conference we will take a deep dive into how HPT drives improvement in education, technology and human performance using a variety of Augmented/Artificial Intelligence processes to help the worker perform at a rapid and dynamic pace.
Track 2 Agile and Design Thinking Agile is a method to solve predefined problems, while design thinking focuses on finding the right problems to solve. ... Agile is a project management method used to build better software, whereas design thinking can be used by Performance Technologists to look into performance issues to solve any big complex problem that has no clear solution. At the ISPI 2021 virtual conference we will discuss a variety of analyses, processes, and interventions that utilize an Agile/Design Thinking approach.
Track 3 ROI and Best Practices At the ISPI 2021 virtual conference we will delve into how Return on Investment (ROI) helps businesses and key decision makers and stakeholders better understand the data and results and how they affect the bottom line. Our current world is in a state of constant change; businesses that previously built and stabilized the market’s infrastructure, now must keep up with current market trends to stay competitive. With this lens, we will explore best practices that contribute to long-term success
