
About the Lifelong CPT Credential
Active Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) who is still serving the Performance Improvement community or retiring from the profession can be awarded a Lifelong CPT Credential. To obtain your Lifelong CPT credential, you should meet the three criteria mentioned below:
- To have been a CPT for 20+ years, and be an active CPT at the time of retirement.
- Having made an ongoing contribution to ISPI through articles or speaking at ISPI conferences and be an active CPT at the time of retirement.
- Having served on the board of either ISPI or any ISPI chapter, and be an active CPT at the time of retirement.
