Romer Dr Phillips has developed a very successful method for calculating ROI: with a process, templates, examples and workshop, a.o.What's unique about the ROI institute IMO is their ability to apply that same process to resolve a variety of challenges from remote working to soft skill evaluation.This being said, their approach is very smart: instead of saying "here is a common process you can use", they focus on the clients' particular needs and focus their messaging on "How do you prove the value of soft skills?", or of Remote working?This shift in perspective is something to think about for the HPT process and standards...From promoting the HPT process and 10 standards, to "How to expand formal learning approaches into interventions with measurable impact?"or "how to establish a remote working environment to optimize individual and team outcomes?"

Take Aways from Track 1 - George Gu 1 J. Romer George showed us an outstanding example of a robust methodology. This is the the proof that a systematic, replicable and data-driven process, improved and fine-tuned over years with multiple clients, yields the best, worthy results. Something to learn from!
