ISPI PRESIDENTIAL CITATION AWARD
Overview
The Presidential Citation is a discretionary honor awarded by the President of the ISPI Board of Directors. It recognizes individuals or organizations who have made a meaningful contribution to the Society, the field of human performance improvement, or the professional community aligned with ISPI’s mission.
Purpose
This citation allows the President to acknowledge exceptional service, thought leadership, or partnership that may fall outside the scope of ISPI’s formal award categories.
Selection Process
Presidential Citations are not subject to nomination or adjudication. They are awarded solely at the discretion of the current ISPI President, with support and documentation provided by the Board as needed.
Eligibility
Recipients are not required to be members of ISPI. This flexibility allows for the recognition of external contributors whose work has significantly supported or advanced ISPI’s goals or the broader field of performance improvement.
Presentation
Presidential Citations are presented during the Society’s annual conference or at another appropriate event, at the President’s discretion.
