The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) established a means for honoring ISPI Chapters by recognizing the importance of exceptional accomplishments or contributions of Chapters contributing to their communities and the success of the ISPI.

Awards of Excellence Program

ISPI's Awards of Excellence program is designed to showcase the people, products, innovations, and organizations that represent excellence in the field of performance improvement. It recognizes chapters that demonstrate innovative efforts and/or achieve outstanding results in:

Communications
Chapter to Society Relations

Chapter Awards of Excellence require a completed application that is submitted during the online application process.

Outstanding Programming

Identify and determine best methods for responding to community needs
Review metrics to evaluate programs
Develop comprehensive implementation plans
Use innovative methods and delivery systems
Co-sponsor meetings/conferences with other chapters

Chapter Communications

Deploy informative, engaging marketing material
Maintain engaging website and virtual communications
Distribute regular newsletters
Develop community awareness through social media
Implement data-driven marketing strategies

Chapter to Society Relations

Encourage Society membership
Conduct timely communications with Society
Support and promote Society meetings and programs
Share lessons learned regarding member services

Distinguished Chapter Award

Recognized as the highest award level a Chapter can achieve, this award recognizes one Chapter each year that is committed to its partnership with ISPI through its support of ISPI's long-range plans and objectives.
