The ISPI Capella University Virtual Chapter membership is made up of current learners, current faculty, and anyone with a past relationship with Capella University from around the globe. Ms. Jen Romer, Vice President Technical Support (ISPI Capella Site)

I am a self-motivated and results-driven individual with an extensive background in healthcare. My Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Medical Imaging Technology and Master's in Education; along with fifteen (15)years of experience in Healthcare has prepared me to be successful in any role I am chosen for. I took time away from my career to raise my children. During this time, I returned to school to receive my MSEd in Training and Performance Improvement at Capella.

Dr. Tim Brock,  Faculty Advisor

Dr Tim Brock is the chief facilitation officer at ROI Institute, the leading source of ROI competency building, implementation support, networking, and research, where he helps organizations implement the ROI Methodology at more than 6,000 organizations in over 70 countries. In addition, he is a doctoral and advanced doctoral programs faculty member at Capella University and a faculty member at the United Nations Systems Staff College in Turin, Italy.

Dr. Susette Czeropski,  Faculty Advisor

Dr. Sue Czeropski is a highly experienced and accomplished Learning & Development Executive with over 15 years of experience improving business performance, strengthening organizational capabilities and leveraging best practices across the organization. She has a unique combination of e-Learning, education, management, training, and organizational development expertise driving transformative change. She is also a certified performance technologist (CPT).Dr. Czeropski served as a board member for ISPI for 4 years. She is currently an adjunct professor at Capella University where she serves as a mentor/facilitator of the advanced doctoral program in the School of Public Service and Education for the last four years.
