Motivation in the time of COVID 0 J. Wetterling During the pandemic, have you felt any changes in your sources of motivation on the job? Have you gotten more or less motivation from: - yourself, as a worker - motivators associated with your job role - your organization - the outside world I'll be presenting on Gilbert's BEM and Marker's Synchronized Analysis Model on Friday, and both address motivation, such as personal motives or organizational incentives. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what motivational factors, if any, have become more important (or less!) during the pandemic.

Environmental challenges to working from home 0 J. Wetterling For those who've had to transition to working from home, where have you encountered the greatest obstacles to successfully making that shift? Have they been from the job itself? From your organization? Has it been the extra-organizational environment - the world at large? For those who already worked from home, have you encountered new environmental obstacles in any of those arenas? Have existing ones become better or worse during the last year? I'll be presenting on Gilbert's BEM and Marker's Synchronized Analysis Model on Friday, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on environmental difficulties, especially those created or worsened by the pandemic.

Performance improvement and company culture: an oxymoron? 2 E. Stavney Yes, absolutely, this happens each time we introduce disruptive technology and innovative approaches: an role-play instead of a traditional instructor-led course, a mobile Performance Support Tool instead of e-learning in the LMS. We attempt to overcome most objections through communications (1 minute leadership video), or testimonials from participants who completed the pilot sessions.

Implementing change management: you're it! 2 E. Stavney Unless the C-Suite/executives in an organization are fully onboard and espousing the virtues of change management, any attempt to implement it is almost impossible. However, there are small ways we've found to improve change management using some of the basic interventions from the Gilbert/Chevalier Behavior Engineering Model. We have to remember that even Rome wasn't built in a day.

Suboptimal information flow that reduces agility 1 E. Stavney In my organization, poor information flow between business units (especially the Product Dept and Sales/Service) causes frustration. We are not particularly agile because of this.

How to Measure Leadership through Augmented/AI? 0 K. Theos Technological advances with Augmented/AI, robotics, etc. can enhance organizational output by measuring the performance of or even replacing lower-level employees. How might these tools be used to illuminate the performance of leaders themselves? Should such data be widely shared within an organization? Why or why not?
