Sending a research survey email
- Make sure the survey is approved by ISPI Executive Committee and Board
- Check guidelines and email template here: https://www.ispi.international/research-survey

- Left Rail: Campaigns & Newsletter
- Left Rail: Create a Campaign
- Blue Button: Create a Campaign
- Select List: ALL Subscribers (not bouncing)
- Category: General Correspondence
- Next tab: from Info@ispi.org
- Next tab: Subject: Research Survey - A chance to win a $xx Amazon gift card
- Preview Text: survey title
- Next tab: Click on Design New Email
- Select ISPI Research Survey
- Use inputs from requestor to update email content.
- Update link to surveys in Begin Survey box
- Click Save and Exit
- In the Options drop-down, check you content with Preview, adjust as necessary
- When ready, in the Options drop-down, Send Test email.
- If OK, forward to Stephanie Johnson for an additional validation
- When approved, send email campaign.
