ISPI Specifics

• Display the event time as : 11:00 AM - Noon Pacific Time or Noon - 1:00 PM Eastern Time
  
  
• Be careful! Local events are usually published in local time: Hale Center in Central Time, BABS/SOCAL in Pacific Time, etc...
  
  
• Click: Event occurs during Daylight Savings / Summer Time, adjust the offset by 1 hour during the summer time
  
  
• For the event description, use the HELVETICA font and #005773 color.

• Always upload an event picture.
  
  
• Select only one event category: 
   Chapter Event for events from BABS, SOCAL etc...
   ISPI Collaborator for events from ISPI Partners like Hale Center, TPIF, etc ...
   ISPI Society Event for ISPI conferences incl EMEA, or other ISPI programs
  
  
  
• If the event is not organized by ISPI, add REGISTER HERE in the event description.
  
  
• Always test and validate the newly published event. Make sure that the information are consistent with other events: time, font, color, picture
  
  
• Once the event is published, send an email to the event organizer and ask them for feedback and confirmation that the event is published correctly.
